-- Just as long as the link to the cloud stays up
2. Satisfy compliance demands
-- Your backup tapes already do this.
3. 24/7 Searchability for multiple users
-- Just as long as the link to the cloud stays up
4. Unlimited Storage
-- And I have some beach front property to seel you in Florida just as soon as the tide goes out.
5. Lower cost than on-premise alternatives
-- Until you can't get to it.

This is like all other ads for pie in the sky. Take it with a HUGE grain of salt.
