Due to the complexity of the BSM Radar Report, the report will not be
finalized until Wednesday, June 30. Given this delay, EMA has decided
to deliver a two-part Webinar series on this BSM Radar Report. Today’s
event will:

* Highlight where BSM Service Impact deployments are going in 2010
* Explains why service modeling is redefining the BSM marketplace in
2010

Dennis will highlight the profiles of industry leading vendors on
Tuesday, July 6. We apologize for this delay, but want to ensure that
