Stichting Thuiszorg en Maatschappelijk Werk Rivierenland improves care with Novell Teaming
STMR focuses on delivering domestic care and other social services in the central-eastern part of the Netherlands. Challenged by a lack of communication, duplication of information, and limited in-field access STMR worked with Netflex, a Novell Platinum Partner, to implement Novell Teaming. Teaming provides a platform for communication and information storage that puts patient information at the fingertips of each employee. Questions are posted and responded to on the same Teaming network providing a knowledge base that will improve speed and quality of care.
