It appears I am on IE 7. As far as modifying my bookmarks to the new URL, I wouldn't know where to begin.

Reply - Did you read the instructions? It says "If you are using any other browser beside IE 8, there are no issues that have to be addressed." This means that there are no changes needed if you are running Internet Explorer 7.
