What enhancements to AFP in OES2 SP3?

Your article notes that "with Service Pack 3 (SP3), Novell Open Enterprise Server delivers enhancements to CIFS and AFP file protocols" so what enhancements are there in OES2 SP3 relating to AFP as the current Beta Readme doesn't list anything new regarding AFP.
I know there are some cool things that have been added regarding CIFS, like support for Dynamic Storage Technology (DST), but not for AFP which means that in multi-platform environments there is still disparity.

Very interesting are the Domain Services for Windows technologies, they are cluster-enabled now? Is Slp eDirectory integrated now?
