Virtualize the application using the snapshot methods (I always have mine set to NOT do a quick snapshot), just like any other application.
When configuring the virtual application, add the command line argument of "--no-sandbox" to the launch of chrome.exe.
Use the "--app=<URL>" to create a application shell which hides the address bar, navigation buttons, and bookmarks toolbar. This makes it appear as though your web page is a true Windows application.
