USERMAGIC 1.0
This is a Python script that is very useful when you have to delegate user creation to people outside the company and you maybe don't want to give them access to iManager.
This tool “restricts” the rights only to create and delete users, avoiding the possibility to have access to other functionalities.
It is written in python 2.7 so it's mandatory to have it installed on the machine where it runs.
Otherwise you can use py2exe that should avoid the need to have python installed on the machine where it runs.
The script is totally open source, so you can modify it for your needs.
In version 1.0 only mandatory attributes for the user are created. Modifying the script you can add as many attributes as you need.
Known limitation:
- Password of admin user is in clear text if the scripts run under windows.
