The Novell Vibe Resource Library team has designed a series of webinars to help users tackle the important business issues solved with Novell Vibe. Vibe is a feature-rich collaboration tool that gives employees a platform for getting work done. Learn how you can create pages, store and manage documents, use discussion forums, wikis, task and calendar folders, and more.
Each month, the Library team will host a two-part webinar series that will aim to solve a business issue with Vibe. For example, last month the Library team focused on helping a team solve the following problems:
- The team needs a wiki and discussions to share knowledge about issues.
- They need a central repository for licenses and reference materials.
- The department needs to be able to make work assignments and tasks for team members.
- They need an automated escalation process for resolving customer issues.
