It's no secret that many customers have made the jump from Novell-based infrastructures to Microsoft, for all sorts of reasons (burns me when I hear that the main reasons are political vs. technological - I mean, aren't we concerned with Technology, here?
I've found recently, however, that a lot of these customers don't seem to be better off. Some of them are even expressing regrets. Even if they don't regret the move, they don't seem too excited about their new technologies; you just figure that after putting in so much time, effort and money into these migrations that they'd be super-thrilled about their new stuff.
You know, like New Car-excited? Like, "Oooooh - shiiiiny!" And that new-car smell is just so nice that any excuse is good to get in and drive somewhere!
