How do you want the Career Center to behave?

Submitted by ssalgy on 6 December 2007 - 10:32am.

We have received some feedback that the old Career Center wasn't very useful, so we didn't bring it forward. Could you tell us what you'd like to see in a Career Center? What would your objectives be for such a thing? We'll think about how we can meet those needs.

Help!!!!

Submitted by dabirdz33 on 21 April 2008 - 10:32am.

Hang with me I am very new at this. I work for a water district and I am trying to forward emergency emails to my cell phone so I do not have to go back to the office to retrieve them, I currently have them set up as a rule item, but the problem is they go to my cell phone as a text message and the only show the first 160 characters. I was told that it can be set up to send the one email in multiple text messages till the whole email is sent. I am using Groupwise 6.5
thanks for your help

problems with installation of SuSe 11.0

Submitted by Ingolf12 on 12 August 2008 - 3:53am.

Hi together,

I have tried to install the LINUX version 11.0 on my Siemens Fuijitsu MOBILE H Notebook 2.2 Ghz CPU with 1 GB RAM. After getting the Welcome Screen he shows me that the Kernel is laoding. Immediatly after loading the Kernel into the RAM the installation stops with the message: Probing EDD (edd=off to disable) ... I have no idea what's behind this message. In parallel I have tried to install 11.0 on my Gericom Notebook and it works very well. Obviously their is a problem which LINUX has with the hardware is my assumption.

Can anybody help me?

Regards

Ingolf

Hello Ingo,

the boot stops because your BIOS is buggy. there is a call from linux to bios to get harddisk information (edd) - try adding "edd=off" as a boot-parameter (when you select boot option in grub). you will see, that this will fix your problem

GWIA Redundancy

Submitted by rstops on 25 March 2009 - 12:22pm.

I am running Groupwise 7.03 on Netware 6.5 sp8. I want to install Groupwise on Windows 2003 to set up another GWIA in it own domain. Each GWIA will have a separate internet connection (DSL & Cable). How do I go about creating another domain and Gwia. I'm assuming I don't need to create a new post office. This is for DSL failure, email will still process.

Groupwise Appointment show in separate gmail calendar

Submitted by Joseph69 on 18 January 2010 - 4:52am.

I was wondering if there is away to set up where your Groupwise Appointment show up in a separate gmail calendar instead of going directly to your default one. For example I have a calendar name “Work” on my Gmail calendar. I wanted all my appointments from GroupWise to go directly to that calendar instead of the main one.
