GroupWise: Novell Data Synchronizer 1.2.4 Releases!
Novell releases latest update for Novell Data Synchronizer! Get the latest mobility release that further supports your users and their devices!
This update includes the following enhancements:
- SLES 11 SP2 support
- Interoperability with ZENworks Mobile Management
- Improved log file management
- Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) support
- Quality and performance improvements
In addition to these great enhancements, this release continues to deliver on the promise of continual and frequent quality updates. The update is easy to deploy and requires no end-user disruption.
This release has also been tested against iOS 6 with excellent results and will support iOS 6 as soon as it's officially released. Please see the 1.2.4 Readme for more details and remember: customers can download this update from the Novell Customer Center or Patch Finder

DS1.2.4 vs sles11sp2

Hello,
I'm installing DataSync 1.2.4 on a SLES11 SP2-server an am experiencing the following issue:
- install on a SLES11 SP2 server works fine
- install on a SLES11 SP2 server that has been updated with the latest O.S.-patches using Software Management leaves the install-process hanging at 12 % (create and config database)
I expect this has something to do with updated postgres-files ?
