Seems like there's a story in the press nearly every day about an embarrassing tweet or politically incorrect Facebook post. Some are funny, but many are serious, involving harassment, bullying, racism, libel and spilling of corporate secrets. Sometimes they are quickly deleted before you can see the evidence. If it involves you or your organization, are you able to refute or prove a deleted tweet or Facebook post?
