Perhaps the biggest takeaway from our visits to more than 150 customers around the world—and the assimilation of feedback into GroupWise product offerings—is that Novell cares about your needs. We want to hear from you. We want your feedback. We invite you to talk to us at GroupWise events. Comment on the GroupWise blog. Comment on this series of articles and other Cool Solutions articles. If you haven’t done so already, talk to your sales representative about getting current on the latest version of GroupWise.

If you want to know what progress Novell is making on responding to customer input, check out the GroupWise roadmap app at www.novell.com/gwroadmap. The roadmap app also gives you a few more ways to interact with the GroupWise team. From the app you can submit enhancement requests, download patches and updates, and sign up for betas. The app even lets you schedule an over-the-phone roadmap review with Novell.
