Today, RIM, announced and released their latest version of BES - which supports GroupWise immediately! RIM issued the following in a statement earlier today....
We’re pleased to announce that BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 5.0.4 for Novell® GroupWise® is now available. The update continues to build on BlackBerry Enterprise Server as the most trusted mobility platform for Novell GroupWise. This latest release delivers additional features as well as quality and performance enhancements, helping to ensure that BlackBerry customers continue to get the best enterprise mobile communications experience.
Just a few details here....
- New features, such as BlackBerry Balance technology support, BlackBerry Mobile Fusion integration, and Microsoft Office 2010 attachment support (including password-protected attachments)
- New column display, data export, and software deployment and configuration capabilities for the BlackBerry Administration Service Console
- Quality and performance enhancements
