Several people have asked about migrating their iPrint services from one OES2 server to a new one.

There are several ways you can accomplish this.

There is a Cool Tool called the iPrint Duplication Script (iPrint_Duplication-1.5.sh), which reads an OES Linux iPrint server configuration and replicates it to another OES Linux server. This can be run as a migration or to create a fault tolerant backup solution. iPrint duplication videos have been created to demonstrate the entire process. Visit TID 7008502 to watch them.

You can also use the Migration Tool Utility (miggui). Here's the section about migrating iPrint services in the Migration Tool Admin Guide.

Here's a good TID about migrating iPrint from OES1 to OES2

NetWare to OES
And if you're still using NetWare, here's a Cool Solution about migrating iPrint from NetWare to OES Linux.

Here's an iPrint Driver Copy Script for Migrating iPrint NetWare Drivers to OES Linux.

If you are lucky enough to have ZENworks, there's a nice Cool Tool called ZfD iPrint Mover that lets you migrate your iPrint policies from the NetWare iPrint printers to the OES Linux iPrint Printers. It will also move the Linux OES iPrint printers in to the OU where the NetWare iPrint printers were located.
