New Retired License Custom Form and Workflow
Old software can be very costly to maintain and may not be compatible with new applications. To offset these costs, we've created a custom form and workflow to help you with your software licenses that are set to expire.
The form allows you to enter the name of the company of the expiring license, contract number, program, etc. There are also plenty of fields to list which product, version and license type is being expired, the quantity being retired, and the amount of licenses still owned on that particular product. There is also a section at the bottom of the form for notes/comments. The workflow can be customized to notify your licensing department and keep the entry creator in the know throughout the process.
