Problem

A Forum reader recently asked:

"I need to view header information in the GroupWise 7.0.1 client for Linux."

And here's the response from Jim Michael ...

Solution

If you're using QuickViewer, right-click in the blue area of the message where the From: To: and Subject: lines are located. Then be sure to un-check "hide system attachments" from the menu. Now you should have a mime.822 attachment visible for all Internet messages. That will give you the entire header.

If you're not using QV, in an opened message there should be a small drop-down box in the blue header section of the message, at the far right. Open that drop-down and you should see the mime.822 attachment.
