Opening New GroupWise Messages from Mailto Web Links in SLED 10
Problem
A Forum reader recently asked:
"I'm running the GroupWise 7 xplat client on SLED 10.1. Is there any way to get "mailto:" links on web pages to open a new message in GroupWise, with the e-mail address and subject line in place?"
And here's the reply from Ron Bingham ...
Solution
This functionality actually got put in for 7.0.1 (SP1). So if you run or update to that version of the GW Linux Client then you will have this capability.
On SLED 10, you can go to the "Control Panel/Preferred Applications/Mail Reader" section and select the following "Custom: Command:"
/opt/novell/groupwise/client/bin/groupwise %s< /pre>
