PROBLEM: Unable to image Dell Optiplex 745 with ZENworks 4 or ZENworks 4.01 IR7. "Error unable to locate network card."

SOLUTION: The best solution I have found for this problem is to use the bootcd-11162006-v1.iso downloaded from Novell. When at the splash screen during boot select verbose mode by pressing F5. This will prompt you for the proxy address for imaging. Image as normal.
