This SPK updates the DST settings in memory and autoexec.ncf, and patches the Java environment. It is basically the same as the tool at http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tools/18726.html, but it has more documentation and the steps are broken out into components
to help those who aren't as familiar with SPK/CPK usage.
