Novell Users International (NUI) supports a network of 50 user groups worldwide.

NUI provides both Novell and Linux User Groups with materials for Install Fests, guest presenters for meetings, and regular Novell technology updates.

This new web community for NUI presidents and members will allow NUI presidents to interact with each other, with Novell, and with their members more effectively.

Each NUI Group has its own private space for the exclusive use of its members. NUI Presidents can use this space to post local events, provide info about upcoming events, welcome new members, and much more. NUI members can use this space to ask questions, make suggestions, interact with fellow members and the president, and share ideas.

Special forums for NUI Presidents will make it easy for presidents worldwide to discuss issues, share ideas, and interact with Novell experts as needed.

Membership connects you to the global network of professionals who know enterprise and open source technology best. Get involved today, and expand your career and your professional network.

Groupwise E-mail Header Format

Submitted by colinfaragher on 12 March 2009 - 4:41am.

3Cubed has a comunications service that includes manual and automated two-way e-mail/SMS relay. It works with any e-mail system. Where e-mails are being issued from team/shared e-mail accounts in other e-mail systems, we can identify both the shared e-mail account and also the e-mail address of the sender, and can report back on SMS delivery success/failure against both e-mail addresses, contained in the e-mail header. The individual is identiified in the "From" field and the team/shared e-mail account in the "Principle" (sometimes known as the "DSP Principal")field. We have a number of Groupwise customers, but have not been able to identify where the "Principle" field is located or how to automatically populate bot the Principle and From fields under these circumstances.

They can still use the service by populating the From field with the shared/team e-mail account name and not hidentify the sender, but this reduces the usefulness of the management information we can return to the organisations.
I am not a Groupwise user, but would dearly like to help our clients to solve this problem, if it is possuble to do so.

Any advise I can pass on to our customers would be greatly appreciated.
