Problem

A Forum reader recently asked:

"When I receive an email that should have a picture in it, the email has a large box, with a very small box with an "x" in it to show there was supposed to be something there.

In the previous GroupWise version when I switched to HTML, the picture or graphic would show up. Any suggestions?"

And here's the response from Joe Marton ...

Solution

Go to Tools > Options > Environment > Default Actions.

The default is "Always show warning" so HTML images won't be displayed. There should be a warning at the top, and if you click on it, the images should then be displayed.

To disable this altogether, select "Never show warning". Or, if you choose "Check Frequent Contacts", the client will display images automatically if the sender's address is in your Frequent Contacts list.
