Usage:

RLOUCRT OUObject [/D] [/I] [/J] [/K] [/L] [/M] [/N]

OUObject --	Distinguished Name of the Organizational Unit Object.
/D Description --	Sets the OU's Description
/I Intruder --	Sets the OU's Detect Intruders [Y,N]
/J Login Attempts --	Sets the OU's Incorrect Login Attemps
/K Reset Interval --	Sets the OU's Intruder Attempt Reset Interval (seconds)
/L Location --	Sets the OU's Location
/M Lock Detection --	Sets the OU's Lock Account after Detection [Y,N]
/N Lock Interval --	Sets the OU's Lock Account Interval (seconds)
/P Pause --	Pause for a specified number of seconds after the object is created in DS
/? Help --	Displays Help
