Blog Entry
openSUSE, Linux accessibility, technical support and personal projects are the topics this blog will cover.
The aim of this is to hopefully show people a bit more of what goes on behind the scenes in openSUSE technical support.
I am the Mentor / Technical lead on the openSUSE support team. My responsibilities include rolling out new training, handling escalations, testing bugs, writing documentation and generally working to constantly increase the team's overall abilities.
Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).
It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.
