When synchronizing users from eDirectory to Active Directory, a common problem is that the AD user have the "User must change Password at next logon" attribute set. This creates some overhead in administration, and an unnecessary hurdle for many.

This solution is quite simple. Assign a default password to the user during creation, and the "User must change Password at next logon" will be unchecked! In my solution, I assign the Surname attribute to the password. The password gets (presumably) modified later on by the user or an administrator.

The stylesheet should be attached to the Subscriber CMD XForm.
