I like this.
It was a very pleasant surprise to find the new Cool Solutions up and running. It's very nice to be able to interact with Novell and other customers like this.
I also like the new forum and I really like the fact that you can read new TID's there. While the old forum was ok I think this is a big step forward.
I wrote this as my personal blog but if it ends up somewhere else I'm sorry, I'm new to this.
Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).
