Problem
A Forum reader recently asked:
"I can export a personal calendar but not a resource calendar via proxy. Any suggestions on how to export calendar information on GroupWise resources, since you can't do it via proxy?"
And heres' the reply from Peter Jurhs ...
Solution
If you proxy in to a resource calendar and try to export it, GroupWise will crash. Instead you have to be logged in as the resource itself. To do that, you need to set a password for that resource.
It appears that the best solution is the following:
1. Have the owner of the resource proxy to the resource.
2. Go to Tools > Options > Security > Password and set a password.
3. Use "/@u-" to log in as the resource directly.
4. Right-click on the calendar and select Export.

It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.

This works great if the resource has never had a password set. If it has the owner would need to enter the old password to reset the password.
