After installing the latest patches via rug up, my HP switches and my Xen guests would not work correctly using bonding with 802.3ad on the NIC's.

The kernel was patched to 2.6.16.54-0.23 via rug. Bond0 and Xen would not work correctly. I was able to back rev the /lib/modules/kernel-version/kernel/drivers/net/bonding/bonding.ko to version 2.6.16.46-0.14 and load it with the newer kernel. It fixed my Xen and 802.3ad problem.

Edit May 5, 2007: This is still working with kernel 2.6.16.54-0.2.5-xen and the older bonding.ko from kernel 2.6.16.46-0.14-xen.
