Ever want to bypass the Preboot menu with ZDM 7 on Linux or ZENworks Linux Management 7?

You can edit the pxemenu.txt located in /srv/tftp on your SUSE or OES Linux server and add to the bottom ForceOption = 2 to force the selection to maintenance mode. You can change the number to point to any menu option if you would like to use a different one.

Note: This information came from the ZIM 4.0 manual from ENGL.

If you have any questions you may contact Jim at jwebb@zenimaging.info
