PROBLEM: NFS Install Cannot Access Remote DVD Drive

PROBLEM: 10.0 NFS net install could not access remote DVD drive (exits install setup: "Permission Denied").
Apparently maybe an authentication issue when using local login authentication on each net node.
SOLUTION: Use 10.0 FTP instead of NFS net install, and make sure it's user authenticated (NOT anonymous) FTP.
