This is my first Blog here on the Communities pages but I have been a regular blogger over on the CoolBlogs site for the last couple of years. As a brief introduction I am the Product Manager for GroupWise at Novell.

I am presenting on 4 sessions at Brainshare.

The first one is IO112. This is the GroupWise and Teaming+Conferencing futures session. We will be presenting the roadmaps for both products, discussing what will be in the next versions and articulating where else we are going. These sessions are normally well attended, especially by those who want to see what the future holds.

Next IO100 Getting Things Done With GroupWise Bonsai. This session is all about getting the most out of the GroupWise client. We will be demoing a lot of the new client features and showing you how to make yourselves more productive. We will also be giving you ideas about how to use the Home View.

BUS201 Integrating GroupWise with CRM and ERP Systems I am co-presenting this one with Aldo from Omni-ts. If you have CRM systems that you already own, or are looking at, then this is the session for you. We will be highlighting a number of products that provide excellent integrations. Additionally, if you have SAP then this is the session for you

Finally BOF200 Protecting Your GroupWise Investment We have lined up some experts to come and share their experiences with you in a panel discussion forum. We will be talking about how GroupWise makes sense for your organization and how to make others see the same thing.

All in all it's going to be a very busy BrainShare so I am looking forward to the week off afterwards :)

Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).

It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.
