It verifies the replica rings and the views of all participating servers. It can detect a series of minor and major issues, that could hardly be identified with other tools (e.g. duplicate tree names, inconsistent replica rings).
Part Check is a tool for technical support and IS departments of companies that host complex trees.
It interrogates each server that hosts a replica about their view of the tree partitioning, and compares the different views, searching for inconsistencies. It will detect several types of partition and replica ring corruption.
