This tool will help you understand and use DST (Dynamic Storage Technology). Using this tool the user can get most of the benefits in Dynamic Storage Technologies and avoid the use of NRM for most of the operations.

NOTE:

1. DST works only with NSS volumes.
2. Before running this tool user has to create 2 NSS volumes which were of same in configuration (like compression set , User quota like attributes).
3. Both the volumes should be physically present on the server.

How to run the tool:

From the console run perl dst.pl.
