What replaces Workstation Manager

What replaces Workstation Manager

Like many on here I am a one man band getting ready to upgrade 2 NetWare 5.1 servers to OES 2 and have a multitude of questions. My most prominent question is what replaces the Novell Workstation Manager. Beginning with client 4.91 I believe no longer is the workstation manager an option. My question then becomes what is used to manage users on the xp/vista workstations. I will finally be upgrading to ZenWorks 10 at some point and time but am having some slight anxiety as to where to begin this whole process. Any assistance would be greatly apprciated.
