These are the three most frequent questions we get on ZAM 7.5 and entitlement to ZCM 10 Asset Management Services ( Note: ZCM 10 Asset Management Services standalone is not out yet. This refers to functionality within ZENworks Configuration Management ). I thought it would be useful to ZAM users to share the questions and answers.

Q) I'm an existing ZAM customer with upgrade protection or maintenance.
A) You will receive the equivalent number of licenses to ZCM 10 Asset Management Services.

Q) I'm a new customer that recently purchased ZAM 7.5 (standalone) with upgrade protection or maintenance
A) You will receive an equal number of licenses for ZCM 10 Asset Management Services.

Q) Where are my license keys for ZCM 10 Asset Management Services?
A) These are generated automatically and will be available in the Novell Customer Care Portal.
