It’s a fair enough question, and one I often ask myself…

I work in WorldWide Support, looking after ZENworks - much of my job involves acting as backline support for the SysOps in the Support Forums http://support.novell.com/forums - I was a SysOp for many years myself prior to this, and am older than dirt: I installed my first NetWare server about 20 years ago!
