You don't have to know everything
You don't have to know everything, you just have to know where to find it.
A large part of the work I do within Novell Support is searching for the right information, sometimes it's easy, sometimes it takes time to find the key info you have been looking for.
At BrainShare I have shown a few people how easy it is to use the Advanced Google Groups Search to search the Novell Forums. And to make thing's even more easy, I created a search plugin for Mozilla Firefox that will allow you to search the forums from the search box on the toolbar.
Just one note, the Google Group search doesn't have a direct search in the forums so there is a small delay for new posts to show up.

I set up a free Rollyo search now available via http://search.gwcheck.com that searches through GroupWise partners, Novell support and the GWCheck site itself.
For GW Support searches you can also use the search forms on top of GWCheck.com. For instance, the "Support Forums" form lets you quickly search all of the GW support forums only.
