We just finished building the latest GW 6.5 patch and released them to the web. You can get them here.
As a reminder, you need these (specifically WebAccess) for the Timezone changes.
GW7.0.1 IR1 Beta will follow within the next days.

"Don’t look right now, because we didn’t release them yet, but we should be releasing a public beta of GW7 SP2 and a GroupWise 6.5 update, probably next week. At least that’s the current plan unless someting-very-bad trademark icon happens."

Yes, well spotted. Glad I added the disclaimer. We were ready to release this morning, and something-very-bad did happen, but I hope we will be good for early next week. Again, same get-out clause applies :)
