- Increased end user satisfaction by integrating his GroupWise and LDAP information with GroupLink's everything HelpDesk to produce help desk tickets from teacher requests sent through GroupWise
- Improved his help desk by exchanging ideas with other Novell customers through the Novell User Group of Indiana (NUGI)
- Extended his help desk into other departments to track their requests
