Due to personnel changes, or for security reasons, you may need to change the password for the original admin account that was created when ZENworks was installed. However, when searching in the configure tab of the ZCC, only the admin accounts created after the installation are available for password changes.
Here is what you do.
Log in to ZCC as the admin, and you will see a key icon on the upper right corner, next to the "log out administrator" link. Click on it and you will have the option to change the password.
