Introduction
Schema can be imported from the IDVault or deployed to the IDVault in Designer 3.0. We cannot compare the Schema between IDVault and Designer like we have for Configurations.
The view differences button in the import dialog box lists only the classes and objects present in the IDVault but not in Designer.
This appnote is aimed at understanding the Schema Compare UI.
Launching
To Launch the Schema Compare Window from IDVault, right click the Menu and browse to Live > Schema > Compare

Note:
- We have the “show all and show differences” option in the drop-down list. Show differences will be the default option.
- The differences are highlighted in the bottom pane.
- The bottom portion of the dialog box can be used to display the selected Class/Attribute in the SCH format.
