Novell has made several key changes to the support we provide to MLA customers through their maintenance purchase, including:
- Effective September 15, 2008 the Premium Service program was revised, introducing changes such as unlimited access to Novell's award winning technical support when customers renew into the new programs. The previous Premium Service programs – Premium 1000 through 5000 - will be removed from the MLA price list beginning November 1, 2008.
- Effective September 18, 2008 MLA customers are now able to purchase Standard or Priority subscriptions for SUSE Linux Enterprise, providing them with either 12x5 or 24x7 unlimited support. The SUSE Linux Enterprise Server subscriptions have been enhanced with “First Look” training and other significant benefits available through a separate promotion.
- Effective November 1, 2008 the SUSE Linux Enterprise Basic subscription level will be removed from the MLA price list. However, Novell partners are still able to sell the Basic subscription level to VLA customers.
- Effective September 18, 2008 through September 18, 2009 customers will receive value-add product and training offerings when they purchase either a Standard or Priority subscription. Learn more about this exciting promotion for our SUSE Linux Enterprise Server customers!
