In addition, a base number of Service Requests and turnaround time is granted to partners for products outside their area of Specialization.
- Platinum Level Partners: 12 requests, 1 hour response, 24x7
- Gold Level Partners : 5 requests, 2+ hour response, 24x7
- Silver Level Partners : 1 request, 4+ hour response, 24x7
