Team Lead - Software Distribution Engineer (Zenworks)
I am currently looking for Team Lead - Software Distribution Engineer for an opportunity with an extremely high profile company.

Job Requirements:
Primarily responsible for the deployment and support of packaged software applications, via Novell ZENWorks tools
· Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows OS, Netware 4.x-6.x, and general application troubleshooting)
· Firm knowledge & experience with Novell ZENWorks
· knowledgeable and experienced with Novell ZENWorks (Desktop and ZEN for Servers)
· Strong documentation skills for requirement gathering, tracking of issue resolution, work-arounds, preventative measures, knowledge-base creation & management, along with strategic planning.
· Support of business users in both testing and production environments
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Participation in on-call rotation (requires carrying of after-hours pager), and scheduled after-hours HW/SW deployments
· Occasional support related travel may be required
· Experience with a scripting language (perl, vbscript, etc)
· Firm experience with Novell ZEN for Desktops or ZEN for Servers
· Knowledge of Wise Packaging Studio Professional a plus
· 3-5 years experience with software distribution, and supporting a Desktop Management solution including PC HW/SW troubleshooting
· Experience working in a mixed Microsoft/Novell NOS environment.
· Advanced knowledge of Windows XP
· Microsoft MCP, or higher, a plus
· Novell CNA/CNE a plus
