Novell Technical Services is pleased to announce the availability of the Novell Support Advisor (Beta Release). This version now includes client support for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP3 (or later) and OpenSUSE 10.3 (later). Additionally, the Support Advisor Beta includes authentication support for Novell Customer Center (NCC) and automated Support Diagnostic Pattern (SPD) deployment capabilities.

Feedback Appreciated
New functionality for Novell Support Advisor will be driven in large part by Novell's overall customer service and support vision and via feedback from the user community. Novell Technical Services appreciates and relies heavily upon the input, involvement and support from our internal and external customers in driving useful functionality for this tool. Constructive feedback can be provided directly via the Novell Support Advisor tool which includes a direct interface to Novell Bugzilla, the Novell Support Forums and a convenient Web Feedback submission form.
