GroupWise allows users to create folders and to create rules, etc. on the folders. Users can access them from the folders window. There is one more way in GroupWise 8 to access these folders and that is from the "Navigation Bar".
As shown in the image below, right click on the Navigation bar and select "Customize Nav Bar...".
From the dialog "Customize Nav Bar", select the folders that you want to appear in Navigation bar.
Here, I selected the "CoolGuys" folder in my example.
Now the final "Navigation Bar" looks as follows:
That's it. A simple way to access your folders from the Navigation bar even if your folders window is hidden/closed.
