Gadget for importing and exporting portal skins.

All files for the targeted skin (both the stylesheets\<skin name> and gadgets\<gadget x>\<skin name> directories are zipped up by the gadget. The gadget then prompts the user (via their browser) to save the .zip file to their hard drive, server, or work area of choice.
