Ever wanted to change your login screen bitmap without having to hack the registry? This utility that will do exactly that. It displays all existing custom bitmaps allowing you to select another bitmap or remove the custom bitmap completely. The standard size is 452x113x16M but you can increase the height. The width does not resize at all.
