DESCRIPTION: A customizable form for catering requests. After describing the event date and time, just take a few minutes to look at your options. Then select your desired food choices and submit the form to your custom workflow.

This workflow is designed to first check for room availability. It then checks for the ability to fill the catering request. If the time requested was not enough or if the catering request is not available, there is a Reject option.
