INTRODUCTION: You can now automate your hiring process! With this form you can ensure that an applicant’s information is clearly stated. In addition, the applicant's resume follows this form wherever it goes. The most powerful part of this process is the workflow, which allows you to follow the applicant through every step of the process.

DESCRIPTION: This is one of our most practical forms. Businesses are often faced with the problem of hiring, and Teaming allows you to customize this process. In this form and workflow we have created a sample form to be used in the hiring process. The workflow can be designed for reviews by as many individuals as necessary. HR (or whoever is in charge of hiring in your organization) can play a very central role in this process. You need to edit the workflow to provide the necessary notifications and access controls so that each step of the process clearly indicates what action is to be taken and by whom.

This form will not work unless you first prepare to create custom .jsp files:

First, locate the existing .jsp files. From your server, go to -- ssf -- WEB-INF -- jsp -- custom_jsp. After you're here, create a folder named custom. This is where you will house all of your own custom .jsp files. Move the .jsp files from the .zip file to this new folder. You must then completely delete the .jsp files from the .zip file. You are now ready to proceed with the normal deployment instructions. Feel free to take a look at the code for these simple .jsp files after you begin. I'll admit they might seem lengthy but you would be amazed how quickly it goes with cut and paste ;)
